Double-glazing. Security entry.

Kitchen has a washing machine, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster.

The bedroom has 2 single beds.

Free parking in the street, Greenholme Street, at any time.

Second week £20 reduction
One person only £180 (October till March)

The price includes the linen provided (sheets, pillowcases quilt and quilt cover, 2 towels per person)
The price includes the council tax .
The price does not include gas consumed nor electricity consumed during occupancy.  The meters will be read at the beginning and at the end of your stay. 

A £80 deposit will be lodged in advance with the owner to confirm your booking and it will be returned to you at the end of your stay, less the cost of:
gas and electricity ,
breakage not resulting from wear and tear
articles of contents missing.

The flat is available for 1 or 2 weeks at a time, from Saturday 2pm to Saturday 10 am.
Other arrangements may be considered (length of stay, arrival and departure time, day of arrival, day of departure).

By train (journey: 10mn) 4 trains per hour 

By bus (20mn to city centre). Frequent services (8 buses an hour).

The flat is very near to bus stop and local train station.
